EXMAR's LPG fleet covers a wide scope of vessel sizes and containment systems, ranging from fully pressurised tankers, Midsize and Very Large Gas Carriers, with a specific focus on the Midsize segment. . Exmar's position in the LPG/NH3 market is the fruit of a long-dated investment in developing and entertaining a close relationship with significant actors in the LPG and NH3 industries.
Exmar is active in LNG shipping since 1978 and in the LNG regasification business since 2005. During the past decade EXMAR has gradually strengthened its position in the LNG market in which we offer a one-stop solution for worldwide upstream-downstream projects, having pioneered many innovations like LNG Ship-to-Ship transfer, onboard regasification and the commissioning of several LNG-import terminals which have brought EXMAR to become a reference for the LNG and Floating LNG industry.
EXMAR has served the marine offshore industry for over two decades through the provision of services and assets. EXMAR specializes in the provision of accommodation/work barges and deepwater production and storage facilities. In keeping with the EXMAR tradition of strong technical competence, EXMAR provides design and engineering services, consulting, project and construction management as well as asset management, operations and maintenance services for Owners, Operators, Shipyards and Contractors active in the offshore oil and gas industry.
