Dividend Information
The General Assembly at its meeting of 15th May 2012 has approved the payment of a dividend of € 0.50 per share. After withholding tax, a net amount of € 0.375 per share or € 0.395 per share together with a VVPR strip coupon is made payable as from 23rd May 2012. Payment can be received, for bearer shares, by tendering coupon 13 at the counters of a financial institution, or by transfer to the bank accounts of the holders of registered shares.
